It was almost “free money” once you to a look a the numbers. And the “payments” were much better along with the interest rate we were able to get compared to an equity line. If the way I said it doesn’t make sense then Mr. Murray will explain it in a way that you can understand for sure.
This guy is trustworthy and dependable. Professional and knowledgeable. You provide him with the documents and information that’s needed and then worry no more. Let him do his thing. What he says happens the way he says it will. We closed in about two weeks roughly compared to a 5-6 week closing for a equity line.
Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

We have used him with the purchase of the last couple homes and with this latest refinance that is saving us a TON of $$$. We had a pretty good rate before, but we have been amazed at what we were able to get with him watching the market and locking in a rate at just the right time.He’s incredibly nice and timely I’m with responses. Re-locked with rate of 2.99% and closed about 3 weeks later. Very happy with the people at Gulf States Financial that helped me

Devin Murray was extremely thorough throughout the whole process and was more than willing to explain anything we had questions about. He was also very accommodating. We live an hour and a half from the nearest Gulf States Financial and never once had to go there to sign documents. Everything was done electronically. I would highly recommend Gulf States and Devin for any of your mortgage loan needs!
